By inviting AI-Sage to your Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.

2. Usage Rules

To ensure a stable and fair experience for all users, you agree to the following rules:

• No Abuse or Spam: Do not intentionally spam commands or attempt to overload the bot's systems.
• No Malicious Intent: Do not use the bot to generate harmful, illegal, or highly offensive content. While the AI is moderated, users are responsible for the prompts they provide.
• Discord TOS: You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using this bot.

Failure to follow these rules may result in the bot being restricted from your server without warning.

3. Limitation of Liability

AI-Sage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any disruptions, data loss, or damages that occur while using the bot. The AI-generated responses (e.g., D&D rulings) are for entertainment and guidance purposes and may occasionally be inaccurate. The Dungeon Master always has the final say.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced through the bot or on this website.
